Este hermoso y el apartamento nuevamente rehabilitada, es posicionado idealmente para el acceso fácil a tanto la playa como la ciudad centran.
El apartamento es situado en una pequeña posición de tipo aldea cómoda pero puede ser alcanzado dentro de 5 minutos de llegar en el aeropuerto. También encontrado dentro del área inmediata son una selección ancha de tiendas y boutiques. La hermosa ciudad de Palma, con sus la mayoría de los famosos señales la Catedral Gótico, puede ser alcanzada en autobús en 10 minutos o 5 minutos en coche. Allí encontrará el eje de sistema del transporte de Mallorca, la Plaza España, con autobuses y trenes que sirven toda la isla. Hay un internet-cafe en la esquina de la calle del apartamento, y en la playa hay una zona de WI-FI.

the house is really nice, spacious and fully furnished with every comfort.
Also the terrace is very comfortable: we use to stay there quite all the time.
The area is pretty quiet and you can easily go to palma city or to the beach.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beyond expetation, very nice and clean well placed house. all equipement available with good spaced livingroom. beaches are closeby with nice bars and restaurants. supermarkets for daily grocery and local bakkery with internet at the corner. would come back defenitly at this place. nice owners, very helpful!

This is a clean and spacious apartment in a residential suburb of Palma, where ordinary working people live. It is 20 minutes by local bus to Placa D'Espanya in Palma, from where you can go to a lot of places on the island. Buy a 10-ticket Bonoticket from a Tabac for a cheaper fare. Palma 'old town' is great, especially for leisurely walks by day and in the evening.
Es Coll d'en Rabassa has lots of interesting local shops along with bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. All the people we met were friendly and welcoming (and tollerant of our attempts at the language!). There is a great beach (which the locals use) around 15 minutes walk from the apartment. A mini-market for most needs is about 10 minutes away.
The owners of the apartment are friendly, efficient and extremely helpful - especially so in our case as there was a National strike on the day we were leaving. We recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to stay away from the package resorts and be 'one of the locals' for the length of their stay.

I stayed in the appartment with a friend for a week in october . enjoyed it very much , very comfortable and a lovely local area .
The apparment was clean and fresh with everything at hand .
The walking facilities are great , a lovely separated cycling / walking path all the way from Arenal to Palma ,either way a lovely walk !
The beach is beautiful , not many tourist because it`s more like a local beach .
Also plenty of supermarkets at walking distants and the bus to Palma and other places just around te corner .

trés bel appartement , bien placé, prés de la mer , on peut y aller à pied , et à 5 minutes de palma , service de bus à proximité , supermarché, et des propriétaire trés gentil... à recommeder!!!
bonito apartamento, bien colocado, alado del mar, podemos ir a pie allá, y a 5 minutos de palma, servicio de autobús en las cercanías, supermercado, y propietario muy simpatico recommeder! ¡!!
beautiful apartment, placed well, meadows of the sea, we can go on foot, and in 5 minutes of palma, service of bus there near, supermarket, and owner trés kind to recommeder!!!
