The Mallorcan landscape is very beautiful and extremely diverse. The Villa is very private and peaceful but close to important links that connect you to the whole of the island.
Mallorca has an amazing variety of beautiful beaches. From the villa, the beaches of Playa de Palma, are also just a short 10 minute drive away, where you will find something for everyone. Including almost every water sport.
The superb international golf course at Son Gual, host to the European senior tour, is a short 4km drive.

Additional information about rental rates
- Prices include bed linen, towels, the final clean and numerous basics such as toilet rolls.
Payments can be received in either UK pounds or Euro currency. Deposit payments can be received by PayPal, Credit card (through PayPal) or bank transfers. A €500 (or £400) breakages deposit is also required. This is best paid as cash on arrival and will be returned, less the cost of breakages or losses, on the day of your departure. We would recommend that sufficient travel insurance is taken out, which will cover you in these eventualities.
